Just steps from the restaurant, nestled among the terraces overlooking the Val d’Orcia, lies a garden cared for with dedication and passion. This is not simply a productive space, but a living, breathing part of the Il Passaggio by Capanna project. Here, vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers are grown and handpicked daily, based on the season and the Chef’s inspiration.

Cultivated according to natural and sustainable principles, the garden follows the rhythm of the land and maintains a constant dialogue with the kitchen, contributing to an authentic, local, and ever-evolving gastronomic experience. It is from this direct connection with nature that essential, vibrant dishes are born — where every ingredient has a story to tell.
